Monday, June 16, 2014 - Blind tasted. You could certainly see the age in the glass, sediment present. Dried fruit flavors hard to pick out, roses, stewed tomato, dried cherry. Tons of secondary components, forest floor, mushroom, wet leather, aged wood. We don't normally see aged Cabs in our group, so most of us guessed Brunello or aged Bordeaux. Still drinking well but not for long.
