Monday, May 25, 2015 - A forty minute drive from our hotel through the winding roads of The Lake District found us in a tiny farmhouse with one of the UK’s top chefs – Simon Rogan – in situ at L’Enclume. Yippeee!!! Very nice, soft nose, excellent acidity, slightly oaky, grand finish. MUST buy.
