Monday, May 18, 2015 - That is more like it! Nose of lemon curd, toffee, meyer lemon, and orange zest. On the palate, crisp and clean with great green apple, lemon zest, tangerine, toffee, and hints of spicy oak. Long finish with lots of zing. Best bottle of the lot so far. Drink now, I don't see any improvement from here, but my guess is that these will hold at this level a while longer, provided they have a good closure.
