Saturday, March 28, 2015 - Evolving gorgeously. Nose of olive tapenade, brined raspberries, and a campfire which was just doused. On the palate it's much more about the secondary notes now. Smoked bacon, meats, lavender, thyme, all spice, and some blackberries peeking through in the background. Opulent body which is supple, but not too heavy. Everything in check and continues to impress.
