Wednesday, August 20, 2014 - Pale yellow and lite in the glass. Perfumed ginger/garlic, tart citrus, nuts, seeds, granny apple, spice and flower shop on the nose. Lite body, complex and juicy with an almost jammy character. Roasted nuts, lemon oil, honey, tart apple, flowers, Asian spice, tea and anise on the palate. Nice acidic profile cuts thru the chewiness along with lingering mineral angularity. Med-long finish. Proly’ some of the best Riesling coming out of California.
