Thursday, August 13, 2015 - Pop, decanted through an aerator and then followed for two hours. My second of four bottles bought a few years ago. Opened as an experiment to see how it was coming along. More mature than I expected but still a baby. Rustic herbs and red fruit. No fierce tanins, pleasant to drink. Leave the next two bottles for a few years to let them flower.
