Friday, December 16, 2005 - Drank at dinner for those having the Salmon. Nice core of red fruit fills the mouth....better that I expected, Nice elegant nose and good red currant fruit. Surprisingly tannic for a 1990 red burgundy but I guess that is Volnay.
