Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Apparently this is a sangiovese/montepulciano blend. Transparent ruby in color. Aromas of earthy funk, potting soil, cherry, herbs, and a touch of floral. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of cherry, iron, and black tea. Solid everyday, rustic Italian table wine for meat and red sauce.
