Sunday, November 30, 2014 - Tasty stuff. Like a soft Chablis on the nose. Metallic, lemon peel,
Yellow pepper, a hint of capers on the nose. A bit dry, but really nice. Orange with vanilla and cream flavors also a bit of mineral on the palette. Very tasty. I like the soft mineral flavors.
