Friday, November 28, 2014 - Rich mouth explosion. Concentrated and full, some minerals, good spice. Teeters on the edge of over-rich but skillfully reels it in. Nearly overpowering in its full flavors, and maybe not for averyone but I'd put this up against a long list of foods. Really nice stuff.
