Monday, January 6, 2014 - This is dryer than any chardonnay, even Chablis. It's a wine most people would call an "aquired taste" and not a white for beginners. Great minerality and nicely balanced but seemed to be lacking some complexity for a wine at $23 plus. Alc 13.5% I'll try some more vintages as 2011 may not be the best intro. I do like it a lot better than any Muscadets I've had which this is closest to in style. They're equally dry and even more austere than this.
