Friday, December 4, 2015 - Quite impressive. Sweet red plums on the juicy and fresh palate. Tannins emerge with air, and they are both tart and sweet tannins, somehow. Notes of game on the palate along with the fruit. There is a pleasing, juicy sweetness to the fruit, along with touches of smoke and tobacco. Really quite nice. No degradation over night.
