Monday, July 12, 2010 - Tiny bubbles eminate from this golden elixer. Bakery scents of fresh sourdough and yeast dominate the nose. Lemon zest and biscuit dominate the medium full body. Finish has lovely acidity. This paired beautifully with homemade steak fajitas. This is just entering maturity and I suspect it will stay at current plateau for next 7-10 yrs.
