Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Pristine bottle, perfect cork and level. A lovely specimen of mature Beaune Premier Cru. Gentle and mature profile, harmonious and complete, warm and fresh, rosehip and forest floor, hint of cheese rind, mineral core, sweet fruit without even a hint of decay, seamless, resolved tannins; complete finish, lovely length, not drying at all. Very good for what it is and really outshines the previous two bottles.
