Sunday, May 24, 2015 - The wine had only soaked 1cm into the cork. Plenty of fine sediment, needs a careful decant and we didn't so it was a bit muddy looking.
Plenty of leather, tobacco and sour cherries all intertwined. Quite fresh but plenty of development, will keep for longer but not sure how much more it will improve
