Such a wonderful aroma with vivid woodsmoke and meaty scents, and layers of sauvage bloody, meaty and leathery flavours around a core of rich red and dark fruited flavours on the palate. It's perfectly mature, seamless and drinking wonderfully right now with such power, vibrancy and energy on a medium weight frame. The balance and length here are fantastic, and I wish I owned more of this wine.
