Monday, February 11, 2013 - Subdued floral nose with some interesting minerals. The palette is fresh and holds a dash of lemon. The flinty finish is cut with just the right amount of acidity. This wine is certainly not a complex blend of flavours, but the mouthfeel is well defined and works wonders with oysters drizzled with a little chilli and red vinegar.
