Thursday, October 24, 2013 - Opulent and smooth orchard fruit and pitted fruits with scents of acacia and other white flowers. Serious minerals and good acidity frame this GC from a warm vintage out very nicely. Beautiful finish. Enjoyed with Coq au Vin, and also had a bottle of Fixin village. Very enjoyable evening.
