Wednesday, April 17, 2013 - Decanted for 1/2 hour. Strawberry, rhubarb, smoke, vanilla, roasted herbs. Developed somewhat over the 2 hours we drank it. Initial strong tannins integrated by the end into a good backbone. Feels like a baby and has many years of life ahead. I suggest a decant of 1+ hours at this point. Probably has a point or two upside as it ages.
