The wine has become even more rounded. It still carries with it the amazingly long and minerally finish but the nose and the fruits are pretty much all gone.

In summary, based on 3 days of drinking, this wine should be consumed in the next 5 years or so to enjoy its beautiful harmony of floral, fruity notes and minerality. But the structure of the wine should last for the next 10 years at least given ideal storage conditions.
