Saturday, June 13, 2015 - Consistent with previous notes. The Corcelette has all the charms of Foillard's other bottlings, but with an accessible quality than the more structured Cote du Py. Ready to drink anytime, but no harm in holding a few more years to see what other elements emerge.

I felt with the 2011 vintage, all of Foillard's wines were accessible right out of the gate (and have remained so), but in every other instance, the Py needed a bit more time than the Corcelette. Both are consistently excellent, so this is all pretty academic. Cheers!
