Monday, August 29, 2011 - Some RSV (and friends) with dinner (Boka - Chicago IL): Black and red fruit on nose and palate. Reticent spice to start. This wine started as a very nuanced, almost teasing wine, but over a couple of hours really started showing more depth, concentration and spice. Great texture started to unfold, great acidity from start. I am very excited about where this wine will be in 5-15 years. Just kept getting better and better. Wish I owned more.
