Friday, March 25, 2016 - Contrary to the expectations in my note from nine months ago, this wine is completely open and showing beautifully tonight with Chaignots spicy notes in the nose and mouth as well as lead pencil elements and a silky texture; tannins are fully rounded. The wine seems to be fully into secondary phase.
