Thursday, March 26, 2015 - Weird, unique, somewhat polarizing. I definitely get the 'blood,' especially in the viscosity of the wine, the minerality in the wine, &, well, the sanguinity of flavor in the wine. Drinking half of this tonight after a quick decant; will consume the remainder tomorrow.
