Tuesday, March 5, 2013 - nose shows ripe plum, medium acid, tannin, medium body. spicy finish. almost balanced.
when I drink it with creamy cheese, it shows a bit oaked flavour and chocolate notes (even mushroom? not quite sure), interesting.
