Saturday, September 8, 2007 - OC Wine Dinner--"Pair This" (Antonello In Costa Mesa): Poured from magnum. My last Novy mag and aside from a single 750 of 01 Page Nord I have left, my oldest Novy. Aside from my own bias that I feel for the syrahs Adam makes from the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, this wine delivered for me. Still showing a generous texture, white pepper, beef jerky, soy and meat. Full of life, vibrant and special. Killer.
