Monday, January 28, 2013 - (Wines of Northen Greece Fair, Grande Bretagne Hotel) 5 to 6 months spent in new oak. The nose and the palate is dominated by the oak, with some citrus notes, medium body and vanilla dominated medium aftertaste. Still needs time to lose that oak, even though that it seems to be the domaine's goal
