Wednesday, February 13, 2013 - We believe this is lightly oaked and at this stage it seemed to be in check, not overdone. The nose is full of green apple, light citrus. The wine still feels young and needs ti me to relax but we doubt it will improve that much more from here. Good to see a move away from the overaoked style of chardonnay.
