Monday, May 16, 2016 - Expressive bouquet of white floral, spice, lemon lime citrus, hint of caramel and hazelnut. It displays white spice and notes of citrus on entry with precision and rather high acidity. Very mineral inflicted from the mid till the end with wet stones and grape fruits.
