Thursday, November 16, 2006 - Deep ruby. Game, earth, leather and black fruit on the nose with a floral top note. Lean and a bit chewy in the mouth with black fruits, earth and spice flavors. Tannins are currently overshadowing the fruit. Finish is a bit course and blunt. May be an odd bottle as the cork was soaked through.
