Sunday, August 23, 2015 - Lots of deep savory fruit and tannins that dig in a bit, not too deep though. Very ripe, and no candy, which I like. Wines that have sugar are for dessert, like old port, and Sauternes, and Tokaj balanced by vibrant acidity. This one had a dry ripe fruit that was present without the sweat sugar because it didn't need it.
