Sunday, July 12, 2015 - Gorgeous nose, leaning toward the herbaceous, with tart cherry, sage, rose petal, and hints of cocoa, forest floor and strawberry. Very delicate palate, with soft, rounded fruit and rhubarb-like tartness. Very slight tannin lurks in the finish, but this is wonderfully balanced at this point in its evolution.
