Sunday, May 17, 2015 - Popped and poured. High-toned acidity for the initial hour that it was in my glass. I sipped over two hours. By the first hour, the acidity calmed down and the fruit was more prevalent. Very good bottle (especially for the price) though I enjoyed it after the first hour more.
