Tuesday, May 5, 2015 - Ripe and intense nose, loads of red cherry fruit. Somewhat dry and stemmy on the palate lacking some sweetness to the fruit, but still has a nice dry cherry and strawberry finish with a nice tinge of bitterness. Not sure this will improve much, but still very tasty.
