Friday, March 27, 2015 - I was not familiar with Chenin-Blanc, but took a chance on this one. And I'm glad I did! Light in color and in body the nose is a delightful bouquet of flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is bone-dry and distinctively delicate, with notes of lemon, lime, minerals, and a surprising finish of apricots. Lots to love here.
