Sunday, July 7, 2013 - Cork soaked up to 1mm from the top. Update: After a few hours, this wine loses some of its superlative complexity. It is still excellent and enjoyable, but it loses just a bit of its edge. Drink relatively quickly once open for full enjoyment.
Day 2: Lost a lot of the subtlety that made it unique. Decent, but no longer stellar. Low 90s.
