Friday, October 23, 2015 - I was never a big fan of Merlot but I got to admit this unfiltered Merlot is something else.Hints of brownish in the color denoting some evolution but I believe it could evolve for at least more 3 or 4 years. Explosion of dark fruits, jam, chocolate. Extraordinaly well equilibrated, very soft tanines and perfect acidity. Last a little bit of body and complexity but has a good finish. One of the best Merlots I ever tried...
