Thursday, May 14, 2015 - At Bistro(y) les Papilles. When this first hit the decanter, it was simply a bunch of constituent parts. Bright strawberry, raspberry, flint/mineral, smoke, meat. But with an hour of air, the gaps between these discrete elements vanished and not only did it end with finer seams, it got prune and some more dark fruit also. A few years yet.
