Thursday, February 12, 2015 - Aromas that are a little musky and floral but also like baked lemons. Quite a rounded texture, almost rich at times, but with a lovely edge of acidity keeping it really fresh. The fruit is bright with a little pithy edge and a herby character coming through at the back of the palate. Really enjoyable.
