Friday, March 1, 2013 - Evolved garnet colour. Old school Bordeaux nose, red fruit, fig, undergrowth, wet leaves, hints of barnyard. Lean, slightly diluted palate, not much concentation, but the fruit is alive and there are some fine tannins. Decently balanced. Drinks more like a Bordeaux AOC than a St Emilion. Clearly evolved but drinking pretty well.
