Saturday, September 6, 2014 - Mature, restrained, dignified, like your favorite elderly uncle who is just starting to lose a step. Twenty years in, still a deep purple in the glass, tannins (very gentle) in evidence, just enough to make the wine stand up. Overall a soft, quiet wine. Decanted briefly (15 minutes) in the glass.
