Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - Drank in CNDP - 60% Grenache, 23% Mourvedre, 9% Cinsault and 8% Syrah.
So the first thing the restaurant does is put it in an Ice bag, they must know what they are doing as I am eating at Le Verger des Papes in CNDP village.
This is wonderful with huge depth and complexity and is open like a number of the '11s, Julien Barrot is on a roll and seems to know how to make the best from his 12.5 hectares.
