Friday, November 1, 2013 - Very fragrant, with sweet notes on the nose but very dry on the palate. Fairly dark for a rose, lots of sturdy tannins to offset the fruit. Not my style of rose - I prefer them rounder with a touch of sweetness - but well made and I can see this going well with any number of foods.
