Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - An appropriate amount green aromas and flavors - this being Cab Franc after all - but there is really prominent flavors of meat and smoked dirt as well. Like the day after a BBQ when charred meat fat in ash is starting to give way to the wild grass of nature.
