Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Beautiful color. Cherry-juice infused earth nose. The palate and finish are not too enjoyable now. Green tinged palate of sour crandberries. Bitter baker's chocolate, medium length finish. Quite disjointed today and not yet drinkable. I hope it comes together.
