Tuesday, May 13, 2014 - A fantastic Chard... But not for everyone. big, buttery and seemingly aged in new oak and malolactic fermentation it was creamy, rich and tropical with just enough acidity to keep it lively on the palate. Not a Chard for the un-oaked Chard lovers
