Thursday, November 12, 2015 - Better than the last bottle. I am convinced that Oregon pinots need more cellar time to be enjoyed. There is a unique acidity to them that tempers with time.
11/12/2015 7:44:00 PM - I suggest the 2012 (or any warm)vintage from Oregon. They are fruit forward with approachable tannin's and less prominent acid. 2014 and 2015 are also warm vintages.
