Saturday, July 6, 2013 - Fresh strawberries on the nose with ripe watermelon, citrus, key lime pie and a hint of macadamia nut. The palate is well balanced and while the acidity is not particularly sharp, it lingers and continues to make my mouth water long after swallowing. This bottle was enjoyed over the duration of a beautiful pink sunset, lending a distinct hue to the wine that added to the experience.
