Monday, April 20, 2015 - 12.5% abv. Ruby, looks unfiltered. The Nebbiolo in the blend still comes through on the nose with tart raspberries and roses, but the blend and winemaking (shorter maceration, fermentation in stainless steel) has resulted in a lighter/rounder/fresher wine, very enjoyable young.
