Thursday, May 28, 2015 - Dry, penetrating flavors of black plum, charcuterie, and charcoal that are tightly wound around a mid to full bodied frame. This has real class and the zip provided by the Sangiovese makes it lipsmacking for food. Very serious, austere, and penetrating, with palate-cleansing acidity, like molten onyx
